Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.

30-Day Free Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your Coppsox product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Procedure

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@coppsox.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
